Story : Semendo coffee is a coffee that is famous for its complex floral charateristics and enzymatics and we would like to showcase this so, we packed it in sealed air tight bags for an anaerobic environment then dried naturally on raised beds which produces the unique taste of the pristine terroir. To fully enhance your palate, we roasted this coffee to highlight the peach, grapes and cherry qualities that appear from this unique coffee.
